A lifetime to create; so quick to destroy. I rarely did backups, but instead moved everything I wanted to keep to new equipment as old equipment was replaced. Eventually my life's work was on my notebook computer; which somebody stole. The few backups that I have are on wacko media, such as old 8 track tape, Exabyte cartridge, or 5.25" floppy.
